Not at all. Start with Reformer Foundations or Mat Flow — your instructor will guide every step and offer options for your body.

Comfortable, fitted activewear and grip socks. We sell socks at the front desk and always have fresh towels ready.

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class so we can show you around and set up your reformer.

Cancel up to 12 hours before class for a full credit. Late cancellations and no-shows use the class.
